NeXt Steps Program
NeXt Steps  is a community of like-minded Christlike laborers joined together to pursue a sense of calling to overseas cross-cultural ministry. The NeXt Steps community provides the context for equipping, encouragement, and accountability on their journey toward future missionary service. NeXt Steps uses the Basic Level of the Missionary Cross Training  (Basic MCT) curriculum. Missionary Cross Training is a comprehensive Christ-centered and cross-cultural curriculum. It is called "Cross-Training" because Christ is the center of our lives and our ministries. The name "Cross-Training" highlights both the necessity for a Christ-centered training process and also integrating the dynamics of cross-cultural mission work.

At each level of engagement, there is an emphasis on cultivating a fruitful and faithful life in Christ while being equipped with the knowledge, character and skill formation necessary for your cross-cultural ministry.  It is, therefore, holistic training seeking to transform the whole person to form godly character (heart), renew the mind (head), and equip for service (hands).

Expectations for Participation:  
NeXt Steps participants are expected to complete all the assignments coursework with diligence and on time. Participants are also expected to attend and participate in every monthly team call, although under certain circumstances, participants may be granted permission to miss up to two calls.
