Welcome to the Missionary Cross Training (Beginner) which is our core curriculum for our mission training with RP Global Missions. The curriculum is Christ-centered, Comprehensive, and Cross-cultural.  Centered on a life in Christ, students in MCT are equipped in the theological, team, missional and cultural dynamics of cross-cultural ministry. 

At each level of engagement, there is an emphasis on cultivating a fruitful and faithful life in Christ while being equipped with the knowledge, character and skill formation necessary for your cross-cultural ministry.  It is, therefore, holistic training seeking to transform the whole person to form godly character (heart), renew the mind (head), and equip for service (hands).
